Gravity and humidity coils
Gravity Coil
All Howard McCray service cases utilize the KOLDFLO gravity coil using natural convection instead of fans to circulate the cool air. Using this technology helps prevent drying out of products.
Humidity Coil
All Howard McCray Red Meat cases include Humidity coil. This is a coil without fans that sweats and introduces moisture into the case helping to keep the meat moisturized.
This provides our customers with longer-lasting products and keeps the meat fresh!

We make cases to fit the product not the product to fit the case. Our unique model numbers are built with the products in mind. Whether you need a Produce case or Red Meat case, our buildout is specific to the product to what our customers want to display!

Howard-McCray focuses on Retail Display cases including service cases, open merchandisers & glass door units. Primarily, we concentrate on the Small Market Format. We build orders and can add signature features to our standard units.
